Training is only effective when it produces tangible results and is tailored to meet the specific and unique challenges of each workplace. Workplace scenarios that reflect office challenges are designed and enacted by professional role players so that participants can take the learning "off the page" into their daily work. Learners will interact with the actors right from their seats, without the burden sometimes associated with traditional role-playing. The trainer provides "in-the-moment" coaching as participants tryout different strategies to produce concrete solutions to workplace dilemmas.
